- NSN: 1620-01-375-1503, Skid Shoe Kit, Heavy, The Shwayder Company CAGE 8V160, P/N 205-214-1023. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 96 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 24 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 3 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is January 07, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
