- Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement to furnish wooden pallets 48 x 40 inches hardwood with fourway entry. Heat treated per ISPM 9 International for Phytosanitary measures. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside; NAICS Code 321920-500 employees. All responsible small businesses that submit a quote shall be considered by the Contracting Officer. Solicitation W911RP-13-T-0019 is tentatively scheduled to be issued on or about December 12, 2012 with a closing date on or about December 20, 2012 by close of business. Prospective Offers are responsible for downloading the solicitation from Fedbizopps via www.fedbizopps.gov. Copies of this solicitation will not be mailed.
