- Description
- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a cable assembly. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 5995-01-540-8610, the quantity is 40 each. FOB is destination; Inspection/Acceptance is destination. This requirement is coded 1C. Approved sources are Lockheed Martin Corporation CAGE 64059 P/N 13540027 and R&D Electronics Cage 61434 P/N 13540027. Item is configuration control. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a reverse auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX System and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com, to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The requested delivery schedule in the RFP is 191 DARO. The solicitation issue date is on or about December 28, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
