- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items:, Model VR-1, Versatile Flash Lamp Pumped Er: YAG Laser, Qty 1 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: Waver, Roy (DBA: Lsense) 1690 Iran Mountain Dr., Reno, NV 89521-4211 as the only available source to meet the wavelenth, pulse duration, beam diameter, divergence and physical dimensions required for this requirement. Any firms believing that they can provide the Laser may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
