- NSN 2935-01-035-7038, PR NO: 1000006500, Cooler, Lubricating, Approved source(s): Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, CAGE 99167, Part Number 23448-2 and Honeywell Aerospace Tulsa/Lori, CAGE 63389, Part Number L8600509. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB at Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Higher Level Quality System required. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 189 days. This NSN is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 39 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 7 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
