- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry before Receipt of Proposals, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the RFI. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking potential sources capable of providing repair service and regular maintenance for Stryker beds and stretchers at the following Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 11 VAMC locations: Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, Indianapolis Indiana. Service will be on-site and is to include all parts and labor as needed for repairs to the entire fleet of Stryker hospital beds and stretchers and the performing of all regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on said fleet. Vendor must have access to all necessary parts and certify that their work will not void any product warranties, either parts or labor. Responses to this sources sought notice must include the following information: 1) Company name, address, contact person name, phone number, email address, DUNS #, and business size/classification/type (i.e. 8a, Hubzone, SDVOSB, VOSB, etc.). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be emailed to Timothy.Daly2@VA.GOV. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 PM on December 21, 2012. No solicitation document is available at this time. This notice is simply for Market Research Purposes only.
