- Description
- The intent of this solicitation and any resultant Contract is to obtain one Medium (Type ll) Helicopter fully operated by qualified and proficient personnel and equipped to meet specifications contained herein for offered aircraft used in the administration and protection of Public Lands. Failure to furnish accurate aircraft information as required by the solicitation may render your proposal unacceptable. Contract duration is for one base year from date of award through April 30, 2013, with the possibility of 4 one-year renewal option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. BASIS OF AWARD: The solicitation states that awards will be made to small business entities unless there is insufficient competition. Large businesses will be considered to compete as per the "Contract Award" clause included in the solicitation. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 29, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. MST at the Oxford Suites, 1426 S Entertainment Ave, Boise, Idaho 83709.
