- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Albuquerque Area Office, through the Upper Colorado Regional Office, has a requirement for general operation, maintenance, and development of the Evapotranspiration Toolbox. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability and approach to meet the government need; price; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. A firm-fixed price contract with a base year plus up to four option years will be awarded resulting from Request for Quotations No. R13PS43010 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. Request for Quotations No. R13PS43010 will be posted on or before January 7, 2013. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
