- The U.S. Geological Survey is requesting a quotation for the following, in accordance with the attached requirements document; 010 Downhole Camera System Brand Name or Equal to Well-Vu Deluxe Color Complete Camera Kit with Removable Fish Eye Camera Please provide a quotation by Tuesday, January 8, 2012 by 1200 EST. Kindly email your quote to cvega@usgs.gov. See Instructions below. -- Instructions to Vendors and Evaluation Criteria Vendors shall quote model that meets or exceed. Vendors shall provide product documentation of its products compliance with specifications. If documentation submitted does not clearly demonstrate vendors products meets these requirements its quote may not be considered. Award will be made on lowest-price, technically acceptable, all-or-nothing basis based on the following criteria: 1.Technical compliance with specifications 2.Price Please note that registration at www.ccr.gov and https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ is mandatory in order to receive award.
