- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security(DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement to upgrade of the Motorola handheld and mobile radios, which are part of the FPS Motorola Radio Dispatch System. Due to the proprietary nature of the software involved and FPS does not have access to the technical data required to issue a competitive solicitation, this procurement will be sold sourece to Motorola. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quote which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance for requirement is January 9, 2013 through January 14, 2013.
