Description

The Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center intends to solicit, negotiate and award a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for consigned medical supplies on a sole source basis with Boston Scientific Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). The proposed action is for the establishment of a BPA for consigned medical supplies-specifically, Coyote and Mustang brand balloon dilation catheters-under NAICS code 339113. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00 AM EST on January 11, 2013. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
