- PR# 0046452212, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 1-14-13/CLOSING DATE 2-18-13 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 92 each for stock of NSN 1560-01-421-1019, WINDSHIELD PANEL, AI. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 160D117110-13. Approved Sources for this NSN are Northrop Grumman, Cage 26512 and 61174; PPG Industries, Inc., Cage 53117. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. Export Control requirements apply to this procurement. Offers must be JCP certified in order to be considered for award. There is a First Article Test requirement for this NSN. There is also an Electronic Mylar. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 68 each ship to San Joaquin, CA 95304; PRLI0002 QTY 24 each ship to Susquehanna, PA 17070 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 580 days ARO (including FAT and evaluation) or best attainable There is a Technical Data Package for this NSN.
