- Request For Quote (RFQ) F1R13F2340A002 ATC Signal Light Guns This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 1) ATC Signal Light Gun - Light gun shall include 12v and internally built rechargeable battery and charger. Light Gun shall also include 100VA AC power transformer and 6 foot self-retracting curly cord. Light Gun shall come fully assembled with a charger in the box. Charger should suit US socket styles. Stock#: 6230-0142-62213 or equal. Qty = 2 ea, 2) Bracket Assembly - Shall be compatible/fit with the aforementioned Light Gun. Part #: G2-01-0051 or equal. QTY = 2 ea. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1R13F2340A002. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted, Full & Open Competition. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334290, Size Standard, 750 employees, applies to this procurement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20121212. FOB: Destination for delivery to 7 OSS/TOWER 1017 Tug Drive, Dyess AFB, TX 79607. The provisions that apply to this solicitation are as follows: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The offeror must include a completed copy of these provisions with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires 52.222-48. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses, cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
