- This notice serves to announce the intent of the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas to issue a solicitation for a non personal service contract for portable restrooms. This requirement will be on an quote mark As Needed Basis quote mark for a period of one year. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912NW-13-T-0018 will be issued on or about January 2nd 2013. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 562991 and the small business size is $7.0 million dollars. The successful contractor will be selected using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, representing the best value to the Government. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a written request for quotation. No telephonic inquiries.
