Statement of Work/Specifications Department of Veterans Affairs Community Living Center Lighting Houston, Texas 580-13-1-052-0005 Introduction The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston is replacing lighting in the Community Living Center neighborhoods. The new lighting will update the appearance of the corridors, provide more ambient lighting for the residents and create a more residential appearance in the facility that the VA has mandated. The specified lighting is to complement existing wall sconces that are located in the facility.
