This is a pre-solicitation notice. This notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 will be soliciting proposals on a 100% small business set-aside for services of a highly skilled and technical nature requiring deep knowledge of VA/V6 Education programs in order to successfully complete the continued transition from the legacy Learning Management System (LMS) and subsequent activation of the complete package of learning functions available within VA's Talent Management System (TMS) located at Durham VA Medical center located at 508 Fulton St. Durham NC 27705. The period of performance shall consist of an eight month base period and two twelve month option periods. A formal solicitation, VA246-12-Q-3188, will be issued on or about 4 Jan 2013. The applicable NAICS Code is 518210 with a size standard of $25.0M. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
