Description
Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the NCIS to purchase furniture pieces for the current project from the existing BPA N00189-11-A-0124 for the NCIS Facilities Operation from OFFICE ENVIRONMENTS INTERNATIONAL, INC (OEII); 2700 South Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22206. The agency s requirement is to purchase furniture for the NCIS Office located at 27130 Telegraph Rd, Quantico, VA 22134-2253. OFFICE ENVIRONMENTS INTERNATIONAL, INC (OEII)/ALLSTEEL Team Products have been identified through extensive research previously conducted by FENTREE Architect and Hansel Phelps and has been approved by NAVFAC for the use by the 5 agencies occupying the Russell-Knox Building (RKB). The integration of the other systems furniture would be incompatible, inconsistent and impractical with current system being used and may void any manufacture warrantee. The existing BPA N00189-11-A-0124 requirement is to purchase furniture for the RKB. This requirement will be Brand Name Note: All vendors must accept Government Purchase Card as form of payment. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes.
