- This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 6350-01-319-9161 (Alarm, Back-up, Vehicle) not to exceed 48 months or $150,000, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 01/04/13; however, ** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. ** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Jennifer Strauss at 614-692-3182, or scanned and emailed to jennifer.strauss@dla.mil. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of January 4, 2013. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: BAE SYSTEMS TACTICAL VEHICLE (0FW39), OSHKOSH CORPORATION (45152), MANCONIX INCORPORATED (4B5J4) & S C P GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. (57013). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
