Vendors are reminded post-site vist questions are due January 7th, 2013 at 9:00; see below timeline. 1/7/13 - Post-site vendor questions due to NWSS, 9:00 AM Eastern 1/14 - Reponses posted, 11:00 AM Eastern 1/28 - White papers due, 9:00 AM Eastern As stated duing the RFI site visit, the Government anticipates holding one-on-one site visits for the purpose taking masurements, looking in manholes, overheads, etc. These visits will be scheduled during the RFP phase. Vendors are also reminded, participation as a prime in the RFP phase will only be considered from vendors that attended the RFI site visit. Per the RFI / Sources Sought, those wishing to partner as a prime or a subcontractor can indicate such in their white paper submission. We will provide contact information in the RFP phase. The Government will provide no further facilitation. The purpose of the RFI / Sources Sought is to determine Vendors POTENTIAL to complete the required work, to refine the PWS and to determine the acquisition strategy. Therefore, the decision on the set-aside status, if any, will depend on the POTENTIAL presented in the RFI / Sources Sought submissions. While RFI submissions are not mandatory, they are highly suggested for the noted reasons.
