- ****3 Jan 13 Update: The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to advise industry of recent changes to the subject program. The requirement previously known as Royal Saudi Air Force ("RSAF") Third Party Provisioning ("TPP") will be split up into two separate acquisitions: 1) RSAF Integrated Fleet Support("IFS"): Services related to procurement and delivery of spares and support equipment. RSAF directed Sole Source to Al Raha Group for Technical Services (RGTS), CAGE SG135. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(3), no further details regarding this requirement will be published to FBO in advance of award. 2) RSAF Transportation and Support Services ("TSS"): Services related to procurement and delivery of vehicles, trailers, and local purchase. A business license to operate in Saudi Arabia will be required. Competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside. NAICS code remains unchanged: 541614. A mid-Feb '13 solicitation release is projected. Associated solicitation number will be FA8505-13-R-33143. Further updates will be posted to FBO as new information becomes available. Individual emails and/or phone calls will not receive a response.**** --------------------------------------------------------------- This contract is in direct support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case as directed by United States of America Letters of Offer and Acceptances (LOAs). This requirement will provide the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) with F-15SA aircraft modernization system sales support, F-15S to F-15SA conversion support, and logistical support such as spares, repair and return maintenance, support equipment (SE), standard technical orders, aircraft integration, and training, required by the Saudi F-15 Fleet Modernization Program (FMP). The draft PWS includes contractor activities and performance thresholds required for support of the F-15 Modernization FMS case and RSAF flying operations. The contractor shall provide all material and support services, to include purchasing and delivering an initial quantity of materials. Such materials and inventories will be required for use within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). A DRAFT update of the program's PWS is being posted in accordance with FAR 15.201 for the purpose of promoting early exchanges of information with industry and improving the understanding of the Governments requirement.
