Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office seeks to purchase Joint Training Support Services for the OUSD for a period of 01 Mar 2013 through 28 Feb 2018. These services shall provide Joint and Coalition force development through simultaneous concept development, experimentation, training environment development, lessons learned, doctrine and training. The solicitation will result in multiple award of CPFF, IDIQ contracts that permit issuance of CPFF and FFP task orders for R&D and O&M services. Various agencies and activities will receive support from the proposed contracts, including the Joint Staff Deputy Director J7, Joint and Coalition Warfighting and the Combatant Commanders. The solicitation will be released on a full and open basis, which permits all businesses to submit proposals. Proposals shall be submitted by the US Postal Service or an overnight service. NO PROPROSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED if sent by courier, hand-delivered, emailed, faxed or via the NECO bid function.
