Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract number GS-05P-09-GB-D-0017/GS-P-05-10-GB-0007 for Clark Construction. The purpose of this modification is to award additional work, associated with but not limited to, Bulletin 18 - Construction Phase Services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 for the FBI Field Office Build-out and Miscellaneous Improvements Project - Phase 2 at the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building in Detroit, Michigan in the amount of $2,480,606.00.
