- TSA Responses to Interested Vendor Questions The purpose of this second Amendment is to (1) provide TSA Responses to Interested Vendor Questions, and (2) to provide additional details, including registeration requirements, for the January 16, 2013 Industry Engagement Conference. (1) TSA Responses to Interested Vendor Questions are provided as an Attachment to this Notice. (2) Industry Engagement Conference To help industry better understand TSA's objectives with regard to Third-Party Testing, the TSA will host an Industry Engagement Conference on January 16, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at TSA in Arlington, VA. Registration for this Conference IS required. If you plan to attend, you must submit a written request to attend the Industry Engagement Conference by email to susan.messina@dhs.gov no later than 5:00PM EST, January 8, 2013. Your written request must identify the following: - Company Name - Individual Names and Titles - Contact Information for each attendee (e-mail address and phone) - Type of Entity (e.g. TSE OEM, Testing Entity, Consultant, etc.) Please submit one registration per Vendor with a limit of two (2) people per Vendor. Space is limited for the Conference. Responding to this Notice or registering for the event does not guarantee a slot will be made available. Directions to the specific location of the Conference and all other logistical details will be sent by email to no later than 5:00 PM EST, January 9, 2013. Interested Vendors are welcome to submit questions to be addressed at the Conference. All questions must be submitted in writing to susan.messina@dhs.gov no later than 12:00PM EST, January 14, 2013. Questions submitted in advance will be answered at the Conference. Any information made available at the Industry Engagement Conference (e.g. Brief, Questions/Answers, etc.) will be posted as an amendment to this notice after the Conference concludes. (3) Summary of Due Dates - Registration for Conference - January 8, 2013 at 5:00PM EST - Details on Conference will be emailed to Vendors - January 9, 2013 by 5:00PM EST - Vendors Submit Questions to be answered at Conference - January 14, 2013 at 12:00PM EST - Industry Engagement Conference - January 16, 2013 at 1:00PM EST
