- The Federal Aviation Administration, Eastern Service Area intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed-Price Janitorial Service contract for the Air Traffic Control Tower and Contract Weather Observer Facility, located in Memphis, TN. This requirement is 100% SET-ASIDE for SEDB (8a) Business Concerns. The solicitation package and associated attachments will be available on or about 1-10-2013.
