CT2116-13 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2116-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, 2005-62. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326150 Urethane & other foam product manufacturing, the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three-year, firm-fixed-price with 2 one-year options, Requirements type contract for the following commercial items: Polyurethane memory foam and polyurethane foam cores for the manufacture of bedding mattresses for sale to the GSA, the Federal Bureau of Prisons and other federal agencies.
