Description

Requirement Description for intended sole-source award Case Management Modernization (CM-M) Data Migration Synopsis: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to solicit and negotiate a contract with Integrity One Partners on a sole-source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. The purpose of the acquisition is to obtain expert technical support to migrate legacy data currently housed in the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) TECS system (the updated and modified version of the former Treasury Enforcement Communications System) to Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) next generation investigative case management system (Patriot) which is currently under development. The tasks associated with this work will require extensive working knowledge of the legacy system and data. A more detailed synopsis of the requirement planned to be fulfilled on a sole-source basis is attached.
