- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-13-Q-0083 for the following cemetery: Bay Pines National Cemetery 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, North Bay Pines, FL 33744 PH: (352) 793-7740 This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561720, Size Standard is $16.5 Million. The Contractor gaining award shall provide all management, tools, transportation, equipment, labor and supplies (to include Material Safety Data Sheets) necessary to perform janitorial services at the Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, North, Bay Pines, FL 33744 in accordance with the Schedule of Services and Prices. Work consists of cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining approximately 5,600 sq. ft. of buildings at the Bay Pines National Cemetery. Includes all public restrooms, the Public Information Center; cemetery administration areas to include offices, break room and rest rooms; the Maintenance Administration building to include offices, break room, rest rooms and honor team room. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the base period of Date of Contract Award through September 30, 2013 with two (2) one year options to extend the term of the contract, if exercised. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Price, 2) Past Performance, 3) Technical. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
