Description

RFP SPE4A613R0131, SC 1000005762, RFx 4000079228, NSN 6150-00-884-2067, Wiring Harness, Branched, IAW Parker-Hannifin (59211), P/N 080-001-002; Techniservices, Inc. (0AF06), P/N 1073102; and Simmonds Precision Products, Inc. (89305), P/N 185104-2. Acquisition is a 50% Partial Small Business Set-Aside. The other 50% of this item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Pricing will be required for the Unrestricted portion only. Pricing is not required for the set-aside quantity, but will be for information purposes only. Total Annual Estimated Demand: 164 each (Unrestricted Portion) and 164 each (Set-Aside Portion). Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. This item is not commercial. The Buy American Act applies. Export Control applies. Configuration Control applies. This NSN is a critical application item. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. Up to two contracts may be awarded. The guaranteed minimum is 41 EA per line item, base year only. Maximum contract quantity for each contract: 1,640 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 41 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 164 EA, which is also the estimated annual demand on each line item. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination on all delivery orders. Delivery (PLT) is requested for this IQC at 30 days on all delivery orders. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders only; stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
