- Description
- This announcement provides updates to select information disclosed at or in response to the AMF SANR Industry Day held on 11-13 September 2012. The AMF Program Office intends to tentatively release a Market Survey containing a list of performance requirements for the NDI SANR sometime during spring of 2013 leading the release of a Draft RFP in summer of 2013. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute an RFP or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued. If an RFP is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. Responses to the questions or additional information items in the attachment quote mark SANR RFI Follow Up Questions for Industry - 11 DEC 12.docx quote mark are requested to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Donald Morgan, at donald.w.morgan3.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM Eastern on 22 January 2013. Responses should be in MS Office 2007 or Adobe PDF formats. If a zip file will be used to transmit the information, please contact the Contracting Officer in advance to coordinate the process, as files with a.zip extension will be blocked from delivery via e-mail. Only UNCLASSIFIED information shall be included in any response. Proprietary or business sensitive information provided in response to this announcement shall be marked appropriately, and it will not be disclosed outside the Government or its support contractors. AMENDMENT 0001 - The AMF JTRS Program Office intends to provide industry with a draft Performance Requirements Document (PRD) for the SANR program on or about 21 January 2013. Based upon this pending action, the Government hereby extends the due date for receipt of questions and comments from potential industry participants for the SANR RFI Follow Up Questions for Industry that were posted on 11 December 2012 until approximately thirty (30) calendar days after the draft PRD is made available via FedBizOps. The formal due date and time for receipt of questions and comments for both the SANR RFI Follow Up Questions for Industry and the draft PRD will be identified in a subsequent amendment to this notice.
