- NSN: 5342-01-414-6582, Kit, Safety Cable. The approved source is Daniels Manufacturing Copr., CAGE 11851, part number C10-218. The Purchase Request (PR) Number is 0046223382. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. NSN is a non-commercial item. FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance point is Destination. The requested delivery is 60 days after receipt of order. NSN is a Critical Application Item. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Definite Quantity Contract. The solicitation will contain a base quantity of 14846 each and no Quantity Option. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition, utilizing competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluative factors as described in the Request for Proposal. Subcontracting plan is not required.
