Description
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Francisco Delineated Area: South of Market Street, West of 8th Street, East of 1st Street, and North of Brannan Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (NUSF): 9,581 Maximum Sq. Ft. (NUSF) 9,950 Space Type: Medical Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): 12 spaces within 500 feet of front entrance Term: 5 years firm with 5 one year options Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Contiguous space, ground floor space preferred; however, space on upper floors shall be considered. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 feet square. The space should not be more than twice as long as it is wide, and should have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layouts and office workflow. Upper floors must have a minimum of two elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as freight elevator. Location sought in a commercial area with convenient access to public and private transportation.
