Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Replace Exterior Lighting With LED Fixtures (659-13-107) The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 659-13-107, Replace Exterior Lighting with LED Fixtures at the Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury, North Carolina. The work will consist of general demolition, construction, mechanical and electrical work necessary to install the exterior LED lighting at the VAMC Salisbury, North Carolina. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is 240 days for the entire project. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Bidding material/drawings will be available on/about January 23, 2013. The specifications, drawings and amendments/notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidders list is maintained.
