- BSM PR 0045182090. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-537-3826, Reel, Cable, IAW Martin-Baker America (1Q842), part number MBCS13279. FOB Origin. Quantity 203 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 180 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. PPIRS-SR applies. Other-Than-Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is January 22, 2013.
