- FSC: Y1LB NAICS: 237310 Size Standard: $33.5M Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Paving Construction or D/B paving construction type task orders. Task Orders issued under this SATOC are anticipated to be primarily located at Ft. Bragg, NC. However, task orders are not limited to such and can include the South Atlantic Division Area of Operations (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi). This acquisition will be advertised as using full and open competition. The life of the contract is for a period of five (5) years to include a three (3) year base and two 1 year options with a total contract capacity of $95M. The order limitation of task orders shall range between $1M and $10M. Task orders issued under this SATOC will be firm-fixed price. Description of Work (SATOC): Task Orders issued under this Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) type Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) may include, but not limited to horizontal construction: new, rehabilitation, maintenance or repair of situations relating, but not limited to, Airfield and Heliport pavements (including airport runways, taxiways, ramps aprons, helipads and adjacent stabilized areas), highways, streets, concrete aprons, sidewalks, stamped concrete, brick or concrete pavers, storm drainage, sod, detection loops, pedestrian bridges, parking lots, traffic lines, traffic markings, traffic controls, and site preparation of Government facilities. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation is anticipated to be available approximately January 28, 2013. NOTE: The Response Date referenced under General Information does not refer to the PROPOSAL DUE DATE. Information on the PROPOSAL DUE DATE will be stated in the solicitation. NOTE: Any prospective Offeror must first register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. After completing CCR registration, interested Contractors and their subcontractors must then register at https://www.fbo.gov in order to obtain solicitation documents, plans and specifications for this solicitation. Contractors that have an existing FedTeds account should be able to use their existing logins to search for the solicitation number once it is released at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors can register to be put on a plan holders list that others can access through the Fed Biz Opps site. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any amendments that may be posted to this solicitation.
