- Presolicitation The Military Sealift Command's (MSC) mission is to support our nation by delivering supplies and conducting specialized missions across the world's oceans. MSC is organized around five mission areas representing its primary operations, and requires a Contractor to provide onsite assistance in the form of nine (9) full-time equivalent (FTE) personnel to perform data analysis and statistical services in support of the MSC program areas. Tasks to be performed by the Contractor include, but are not limited to, collecting, recording, interpreting, and maintaining data related to MSC's vessel types, force protection, and various special missions and programs. The Contractor shall also provide advice and coordinate the execution of special projects related to data collection and analysis, ensuring the completeness and consistency of data. This may include preparation of briefings or support papers related to the specific issue, researching the issue to identify error and/or omissions, and the proposal of recommendations. All key personnel are required to have and maintain a SECRET security clearance, have a Bachelor's Degree in Math/Science/Engineering/Business, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading and participating in data analysis and statistical services. The period of performance will include a one year firm period, with two one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this solicitation will be 541611 - Administrative Management and General. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by MSC.
