The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of three (3) Concession Contracts for Guided Ski Touring Services within Grand Teton National Park. The Prospectus explains the business opportunities and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51, has determined that the existing concessioner is a preferred offeror for the Contract.
