- US Department of Education intends to issue a fixed price award with Bloomberg L.P., Lexington Avenue, New York, NY, 10022 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting From a Single Source", for one (1) base year and three (3) one (1) year options. QUOTES ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This requirement is for a subscription to Bloomberg Professional provided by Bloomberg L.P. The subscription service provides real time and historical pricing, indicative and fundamental data, and customized charts and analytics in a single integrated desktop solution. It provides in-depth information on fixed income markets, equities, derivative, commodities, and foreign exchange. The anticipated dollar value is $24,000.00 for a twelve month period from January 14, 2013 to January 13, 2014. The total estimated contract value is $96,000.00. This notification shall close on Friday, January 11, 2013.
