- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION NO.: W912BV-13-T-0022 Title: Park Custodian Services 3 Damsite South, East and West Burns Run Public Use Area's Denison Dam, Lake Texoma, TX The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Park Custodian Services 3 at Damsite South, East and West Burns Run Public Use Area's, Denison Dam, Lake Texoma, TX The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about 23 January 2013, and will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Interested offerors may view and/or download the RFQ and all Amendments ONLY from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for changes, announcements, or Amendments to the RFQ. The current anticipated quote due date is Tuesday, 22 February 2013. The specific due date, time, and location for quote submission will be identified in the RFQ. Unless specifically requested or authorized by Amendment, no corrections and/or changes to quotes will be allowed after the submission date and time. THIS ACQUISITION SHALL BE COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720, with a Small Business Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of $16,500,000. The contract resulting from the RFQ will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotes conform to the requirements of the solicitation and whose pricing is the most advantageous to the Government. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded for a Base Year plus two (2) Option Years. OFFERORS ARE REMINDED TO CAREFULLY READ NOT ONLY THE SCOPE OF WORK. Use of Federal Business Opportunities website requires prior registration in both the System Award Management (SAM) and the Federal Business Opportunities databases. You may register with SAM at http://www.sam.gov/. Once you've completed the SAM registration, you may register in FBO at www.fbo.gov. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH SAM TO RECEIVE A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT AWARD.
