- USCG Base Portsmouth, VA issues this Pre-Solicitation Notice of a Synopsis/Solicitation that will be issued on January 24, 2013 to remove and replace five (5) entrance doors located at 59248 Coast Guard Road, Hatteras, North Carolina. Interested vendors may request a Solicitation package by email to: edna.l.daniels1@uscg.mil. NO PHONE CALLS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED. Solicitation packages will be available on January 24, 2013, at which time it will be posted on FEDBIZ OPPS. The estimated price for this project is between $50K and $100K.
