- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the subsurface exploration project entitled Bend of Island 8 Revetment Drilling and Services Contract (two borings) and Helena Revetment Drilling and Services Contract (one boring) per the Performance Work Statement. The work under this solicitation is to be performed at locations along the Mississippi River near Hickman, Kentucky and south of Helena Arkansas. The solicitation number is W912EQ-13-T-0007 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is an unrestricted procurement. The associated NAICS code is 541380 with a business size of $14,000,000.00. All responsible businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes are due not later than 11:00 AM CST on January 14, 2013. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated herein. A copy may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov on or about January 8, 2012. Quotes should be mailed, emailed or hand delivered, marked with solicitation number W912EQ-13-T-0007 addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Jackie Primer, 167 N.
