- Statment of Work Please fill-out the RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3C62338AL03 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62, 20 Dec 2012. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 532412 with a $30.0 Mil size standard. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: 40 ton articulating end dump truck, IAW Statement of Work Qty: 4 EA (End description). Period of Performance SHIP TO ADDRESS FOB 12 Feb 2013 - 13 Mar 2013 Bldg. T1310 DESTINATION Fort Greeley Delta Junction, AK Quotes must be submitted and received no later than 21 January 2013 AST 10:00am. Addenda to FAR 52.212-5: The following additional clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.233-2, Service of Protest: (a) Protest, as defined in section 33.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that are filed directly with an agency, and copies of any protests that are filed with the General Accounting Office (GAO), shall be served on the Team Lead TSgt Leland S. Whipkey (addressed as follows) by obtaining written and dated acknowledgement of receipt from 354th Contracting Squadron, Attn: TSgt Whipkey, 2310 Central Ave, Building 2258, Eielson AFB, AK 99702. (b) The copy of any protest shall be received in the office designated above within one day of filing a protest with the GAO. SUBMISSION OF INVOICES In accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-4(g) the contractor shall submit all invoices electronically utilizing Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
