- This is a presolicitation notice that the government intends to solict a requirement for several different plasma powders. In order to qualify you must be able to meet the speciifcations and you must be able to provide ALL powders that are listed on the SF 1449. The government intends to award 1 contract. SF 1449 will be posted by COB on 9 Jan 2012.
