- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is looking to procure services to overhaul & rebuild an Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor, Model Number HPES175 in accordance with the following Statement of Work.This requirement is being advertised as a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Inspection & Acceptance: Destination. FOB: Destination. Required delivery is 30 days after vendor receives compressor. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1) The contractor shall overhaul and rebuild Ingersoll Rand Air Commpressor, Model No. HPES175 with work to be performed listed below. 2) Compressor was manufactured by Ingersoll Rand. Contractor must be an Ingersoll Rand Suppliers or Ingersoll Rand distributors 3) PICK UP / DELIEVERY:Contractor will pick up the compressor from the CRYO DEPT.Bld. #342, and perform the overhaul. On completion of overhaul, vendor will deliver the overhauled Compressor to the CRYO DEPT. Bld. 4) DELIVERY DESTINATION: Final delivery is to the CRYO DEPT. Bld #342 5) INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: Inspection at Destination, by the QA inspector located at the CRYO Building #342 6) PACKING/PACKAGING: Best Commercial Practice WORK TO BE PERFORMED 1) Annual Preventative Maintenance with oil filter, air filter, separator, and new oil. 2) Reconditioning of the motor. 3) Supply and install remanufactured airend. 4) Reassemble and perform multipoint test run. 5) Deliver, when complete, to the Lakehurst Naval Station. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database. The internet website is https://www.sam.gov; phone number: 1-866-606-8220 It is mandatory to register with SAM as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in FAR Clauses 252,232-7003 and 252.232-7006. Additional information required: Cage Code, Duns Number, Tax ID Number, Payment Terms, Delivery schedule, Delivery charges if applicable, GSA contract number if applicable, Business size, and Email address.
