This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 01/09/2013 ; however, ** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. ** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Ealnor Grey at 614-693-1559, or scanned and emailed to Ealnor.Grey@dla.mil.
