- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to lease laser level equipment for the Periphyton Storm Water Treatment Area (PSTA) decommissioning. The Contractor shall furnish one laser leveling compatible with Case 400 tractors for five (5) months. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Equipment to be delivered to C-51, Storm Water Treatment Area - 1 East, Flying Cow Road, Loxahatchee, FL for the approximate dates of 1 February 2013 to 31 July 2013. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offers whose offer, conforming to this Request for Quote (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% Small Business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 532412; Small Business Size Standard is $30,000,000.00. Solicitation W912EP-13-T-0016 will be issued on or about 15 January 2013 and will close on or about 24 January 2013. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at https://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. There is a VENDOR USER GUIDE available on the FedBizOpps website. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 - System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in SAM in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM database prior to award.
