Description

The solicitation ISSUE DATE is January 28, 2013 with a CLOSING DATE of February 28, 2013. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 33 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved source ia NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYS CORP CAGE 26512, P/N 1128AV42938-3. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination with delivery being 305 days After Receipt of Order. This item has configuration control. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
