Description

This Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement will be a fixed-price acquisition to provide hardware, software, and maintenance support of the Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) for the AN/ALR-69. This acquisition is for software/hardware installation and maintenance/technical software support. This requirement is sole source to: Northrop Grumman Amhert System, Inc; 1740 Wehrle Drive, Buffalo, NY 14221 (CAGE: 1L4J7). Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin to the FMS customer. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 25 January 2013 with response due 30 days after solicitation issue date. Delivery for software and hardware installation is four (4) months ARO contract followed by maintenance and technical support for twenty-four (24) months. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
