Description

RFQ - GBR Folder Machines, PMA Contractor to provide an on-call maintenance service contract to repair GBR Multi-master CAS 52-B with Feeder and Right Angle modules. This contract is for one year with four, one-year option periods and will include preventive maintenance actions in accordance with the manufacture's recommendations. All Preventive Maintenance work shall be accomplished in accordance with the manufacture's standards. At a minimal, Preventative Maintenance shall be done on a semi-annual basis, which shall include inspecting all belts, bearings, shafts, pulleys and gears. Preventative Maintenance shall also include lubricating, cleaning, adjusting, repairing and replacement of any and all worn parts. ***This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. However, the government reserves the right to award to other than a Small Business if no reasonable offer is received from a responsible Small Business.***
