Description

The Network Contracting Office, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Eclipsys Corp., 3 Ravinia Drive, Atlanta, GA 30346 to provide Software Support Services located at the Nashville VA Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement.
