- Provide all labor, equipment, and supplies as specified to perform gate attendant services at Lake Red Rock Project, near Knoxville, Iowa. The solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code 561110 will apply with the size standard of $7.0 Million. This work will be awarded using competitive proposal negotiation procedures for achieving the quote mark Best Value quote mark to the Government. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Past Performance and Price. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov on or about 10 January 2013. The date and time for receipt of proposals is by 08 February 2013, 2:00 PM CST. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps (FBO) website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
